Are your habits helping building the life you want?

Our habits form so much of how we spend our time and the things we build (or not) in our lives. I’m fascinated how we can choose and embed those habits that serve us in our lives and careers. Take a look at the habits that you have going on in your life and assess if they are taking you in a direction that serves your longer term wishes and goals. If they are fantastic. If they aren’t then it’s time to review and change them. The science of unpacking the habits we have and establishing and landing those ones that really work is well discussed in Gretchen Rubin’s book “Better than Before”. I recommend it.

Building your ability in moving from insight to behavioural change in a sustainable way is pure gold in the world of personal transformation and high performance.
