Matthew began his career in executive coaching and training in 1999. He has worked with a broad range of organisations in the TV production, marketing, media, financial services and technology sectors including listed corporates, public sector bodies and a broad range of SME’s in their initial and secondary growth phases.
Notable clients include the BBC, Warner Bros, Morgan Stanley, WPP, TalkTalk, Kantar, Sony Pictures, Universal Music, Tate, TwentyTwenty, ITV and Endemol Shine.
He has designed and led transformational programmes at Group Board and Executive level on an individual and team basis in the areas of leadership, strategy, delivery and performance and has advised on the attraction, development and retention of leading industry talent.

Matthew attained a BA(Hons) in Social Sciences from The University of Manchester.
Jo is an Executive Coach and Trainer, specialising in Creativity, Communication & Collaboration. She has 25 years’ experience in the holistic field giving a high level of insight and understanding into the motivational drivers that underpin people’s behaviour, creativity and decision-making processes. She can solicit a level of playfulness that encourages and supports ideational thinking and also understands the pressures of creating repeatedly, on demand and to a deadline.
Jo helps facilitate the development of new thinking pathways, conscious communication, emotional coherence, resilience and deeply authentic, creative expression; helping to enhance leadership, generate new levels of creative freedom, increase innovation and inspire healthy change and wholehearted living generally uncommon to the workplace. Jo works with individuals, teams and organisations, to help them develop leadership capability, discern and liberate their creative purpose, unlock their potential and establish strategies to enable them to sustain creativity and wellbeing in the longer term.
Gavin is committed to making a difference to participants’ professional and personal lives, and his facilitation, while highly entertaining and engaging, is always practical. In 2013 he was rated Microsoft’s highest performing global trainer, and had a successful sales career working for Canon, Capital Radio & Kiss. Gavin has been a lead trainer for DOOR International for 10+ years and is the former Training Director of Apex Training. His clients include the world’s leading media and technology businesses like JCDecaux and Twitter and creative businesses such as Global and Publicis.
He has designed tailored training for Barclays, Sony and others, and delivers negotiation, influence and customer innovation programmes globally. Gavin is also a member of the Global Faculty for Partner In Leaderships Accountability Builder Programmes. As part of Microsoft’s International Training Faculty, Gavin leads Microsoft’s innovative Growth Mindset, Lab 365 and Building On The Ideas of Others Programmes.
Gavin is a Bestselling Author, NLP Master Trainer and Lumina Learning Facilitation Mentor. He has a law degree from Liverpool and is the author of Negotiation, How To Craft Agreements That Give Everyone More (Ikon 2017) and How To Sell With Complete Confidence (Macmillan 2018). He is also co-host of Inspired Ocean, a podcast on Commercial Leadership.
James is an associate of Matthew Stone having collaborated successfully since 2003. As a coach and trainer, he is passionate about supporting people to get the best from themselves and others. In his work with teams and on a one to one basis, James has a track record of nurturing and developing talent by taking a positive stand for the innate potential within each individual.
His fascination with team dynamics, leadership and culture has led him to work with a broad and diverse range of organisations from small and medium sized enterprises through to global corporates.
With a background in HR, talent management, executive search and leadership assessment, James has worked both in the UK and internationally and has advised and supported leadership teams within FTSE 100, FTSE 250 and AIM listed organisations, as well as working closely with a range of private and public sector businesses and institutions.
He is qualified in Psychometric Assessment (Level A and B) and uses a range of market leading aptitude and personality profiling tools to support employers with hiring and selection, individual and team development. He is also a CIPD accredited competence-based interviewer and has been instrumental in the design and implementation of a several PDP/PDR appraisal systems and competence frameworks.
